Domestic Shipping |
| We
ship United Parcel Service in the continental United
States (unless requested otherwise). Next Day,
Second Day Air and Three Day Services are available
for an additional charge. Please provide street
addresses, since UPS generally cannot deliver to
post office boxes. Orders shipped to Alaska or
Hawaii will be sent via priority mail (unless
requested otherwise) and are subject to additional
shipping charges. All orders requested to be sent
through the U. S. Postal Service are subject to
additional charges. |

International Shipping |
| Any
order shipped out of the United States must be
prepaid in U.S. funds. Please check with us to see
if we have set up our credit card payment method at
time of your order. There is a $4.50 handling charge
on all international orders in addition to actual
shipping costs. to avoid delays on mail orders with
checks please remit extra funds to cover shipping
costs, overage will be refunded. Orders are shipped
via parcel post surface unless otherwise specified.
We can ship surface or air mail, UPS International,
Emery, or Federal Express. Cleaning rods longer than
40", gun cases, and flag/light stands cannot be sent
out of the United States through parcel post (except
for Canada) due to postal regulations. No primers or
powder can be sent overseas. WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF
$4.95 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE ON ALL ORDERS. |

Back
Orders & Standing Orders |
| We
try to avoid back orders from occurring by having
plenty of inventory on hand at all times, but
occasionally we get caught by an unexpected rush on
one item, so they do happen. If we do not expect to
have an item available within 21 days, we will not
back order the item unless specifically requested by
the customer. WE DO NOT BACK ORDER BULLETS, PRIMERS,
POWDER, OR BRASS. These items are considered
"Standing Order" items. A standing order is the same
as a back order except that we do charge freight
when the item is shipped. Back order shipments are
not charged freight charge within the United States.
A standing order may also not be available for
longer than 21 days. |

Returns |
| If
you are planning on returning an item, please call
us for a return authorization prior to returning. If
you are experiencing difficulty in using an item,
please call first as we may be able to alleviate the
problem by phone. When returning an item, please
provide the following: 1) A copy of the invoice, 2)
The reason you are returning the item, and 3)
Whether you wish to exchange or refund. If the
return is due to an error on our part we will
reimburse you for your shipping. Items being
returned must be in original containers and must be
in a resalable condition. Items not meeting these
guidelines are subject to meeting a 10% restocking
fee. Returns made by customer through C.O.D. to
collect refund will be refused. REFUNDS MADE AFTER
30 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE. NO
RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. |

correct typographical errors. All prices are subject
to change without notice. We will not automatically
send merchandise if prices have changed
dramatically. Sales tax only applies to Wyoming
residents. |

Federal Firearms |
| Guns
and Actions can only be shipped to a Federal
Firearms Licensed dealer. A certified copy of the
dealer's current license must be in our possession
before shipment can be made. |
